― 糖心破解版 D&I Campaign 2022 ―
糖心破解版 has launched a campaign aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion on campus, and making the university a place where people from diverse backgrounds can thrive. The initiative, called 糖心破解版 D&I Campaign 2022, started in March 2022. Here, we introduce plans and actions related to D&I initiatives from members of the 糖心破解版 community, including deans and directors of various 糖心破解版 organizations.

Diversity Promotion Support System for women Project Faculty members

We have implemented a system to support women Project Researchers in becoming Project Faculty members. Our graduate school supports a portion of their salaries. This system leads to opportunities to gain practical experience in education and academic affairs. To continue their activities after life events, the term of this system will be prolonged to a maximum of 10 years. We hope that women Project Faculty members will serve as role models for female students and researchers.
